The online verification process requires an official and valid identity document. The acceptable documents are:
1. When GiftCard’s purchase is being made at a sales center (available only in Bulgaria):
- For Bulgarian citizens – an ID card (a copy of the card’s front and back);
- For foreign citizens – an international passport in combination with a Bulgarian residence document.
2. When GiftCard’s purchase is being made online:
o ID card – a copy of the card’s front and back;
o An international passport in combination with a proof of address document;
o A driver’s license in combination with a proof of address document.
- For citizens of countries in the EEA (the countries from the EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland), as well as Switzerland:
o ID card in combination with a proof of address document (when an address is not specified in the ID card);
o An international passport in combination with a proof of address document;
- For citizens of countries outside the EEA and Switzerland:
o An international passport in combination with a proof of residence document from a country in the European Union.
During the online registration process, you can upload double-sided photos of the document from your gallery or take a picture at the time of registration.
