Fees and limits

Are there any fees when purchasing a GiftCard?

When you buy a GiftCard online, you can pay for your order via a bank transfer (without a fee) or via a payment card (a fee will be charged on the total value of the purchase).

An order made in one of GiftCard’s sales centers (located in Bulgaria) can be paid in cash or with a card – without an additional charge.

All fees are listed in GiftCard’s tariff.
What is GiftCard’s issuing fee?

GiftCard’s issuing fees differ for physical and virtual cards – you can find them in GiftCard’s tariff.
Is there a funding limit?

GiftCard’s minimum and maximum funding amount is determined based on the card's currency.

What is the limit for the total value of a GiftCard order?

The limits for a GiftCard order are listed in GiftCard’s tarrif.
What is GiftCard’s delivery fee?

Virtual GiftCards are delivered via email, and delivery is free of charge.

Physical GiftCards delivery fees are calculated based on the courier's tariff and the delivery zone. The delivery fee will be calculated automatically and added to the total order value before payment is made.

Is there a monthly service fee?

GiftCard is free of service fees for the first 6 months of its issuance (for physical cards) or the activation date (for virtual cards).^* After this period, and only in case there is a remaining balance, a monthly service fee will be charged in correspondence with GiftCard’s tariff.

The contract for GiftCard is terminated upon the expiration of its 2-year validity or upon depletion of the card's balance – whichever of these two events occurs first. With the termination of the contract, the monthly service fees will no longer be charged.

^* The virtual card activation date is the date when the buyer sends it to the end recipient or the expiration date of the 3 months from the card’s issuance, (in case it hasn’t been sent to the end recipient).
Are there fees for making payments with GiftCard?

No, there are no fees for making payments with GiftCard – the entire balance is at your disposal.
How can I get an invoice for my order?

You can request an invoice for your order in your individual capacity, in your name, by sending an email to accounting@giftcards.eu.
