Which countries do you deliver to?
You can order GiftCard to more than 30 countries in Europe. Please refer to the full list in the Delivery terms.
Can I order GiftCard online and receive it from a sales center?
Yes, if you live in Bulgaria, you can order your GiftCard online and select one of our GiftCard sales centers as the delivery address, allowing you to pick up your card from that location.
Virtual GiftCards are delivered by email and therefore, their delivery is free.
Once you receive an email confirming that the card you ordered is ready, you can send it to the recipient by logging into your profile, opening the order, and clicking the “Send” button.
Upon placing your first order for a virtual card, you'll undergo an identification (overall check). Once we've received your payment and your identification check has been successfully concluded, you will receive a confirmation email, and the card will become visible in your profile on giftcards.eu.
The next step is to send the card to the recipient's email from your profile. You have 3 months at your disposal to do so. After this period expires, if the card hasn't been sent, it will activate automatically, and the 6-month grace period, during which there is no monthly service fee, will begin.
Please note that the approval and production process takes up to 24 hours during business days. For example, if you place an order on a Saturday, your card will be ready to be sent on Monday afternoon at the earliest.
